Echo Farne is a small, specialist team of consultants and coaches with deep experience in business operations, leadership, and organisational development.
We're led by Helen — an executive coach and consultant with over 20 years of senior leadership experience in engineering and technology — and work with a trusted network of practitioners we bring in where your situation calls for it.
THE FOUNDER
Sitting in the seat you're in.
The Founder spent over two decades in senior leadership roles across the Engineering and Technology sectors — leading dispersed teams of over 300 staff, managing complex operations, and driving organisational performance at scale.
Along the way, she saw a pattern. The businesses that struggled weren't short on ambition or talent. They were short on structure — the kind of systems, clarity and leadership capability that make growth feel manageable rather than chaotic.
That's what drove her to found Echo Farne. To bring senior-level strategic thinking to the businesses that need it most: small, growing teams who are capable of achieving far more, but who need the right support to get there.
Her approach combines hands-on consulting — building the practical systems and structures your business needs — with coaching that helps you and your team grow into them with confidence. It's not advice from the outside. It's partnership from the inside.
